Alex coaches because she believes that each person has unique strengths that they are longing to share with the world. Drawing on her 10 years of experience in the corporate world, Alex motivates individuals to navigate work and life challenges of day-to-day life. Her experience has taught her that coaching is less a change of circumstances and more about a change in mindset.
Alex creates a safe space, where she helps you to dig deep and challenge yourself to actions in order to live the life you want! It is possible to see your glass as half full and it is possible to move through life’s challenges without getting beaten down.
Firstly, Alex provides clients with guided insight to discover what really matters to them. Next, we look at whether your attitudes are supporting you or working against you. Either way, we will get you to the right mindset to achieve your fullest life. Lastly, we roll out the plan and Alex is there to hold you accountable… in a fun, encouraging and supportive way!
Alex is a member and an Accredited Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She conducts her practice in accordance with the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics.
Alex graduated with a Bachelor of Honours from Queen’s University. She continues to be a lifelong learner and has taken continuing education classes in positive psychology, mindfulness and human resources.
In her spare time Alex enjoys running half marathons and previously sat on the Board of Directors at Toastmasters.
Alex strongly believes that personal growth is an adventure. She works on personal growth and goal setting in the present and future. This type of growth is an engaging and energizing adventure that she goes on together with her clients.
