However, as we grow older, some of us begin to lose that feeling of unlimited potential. We become ‘stuck’ in a holding pattern of doubt, worry, anxiety and lack of clarity. Feelings of anger and discontentment, sometimes even lashing out at others, as well as general feelings of overwhelm and uncontrollable negative emotions that seem to take control of us. You feel like we don’t have enough time or emotional bandwidth to handle stressful situations…all of this can cause you to react irrationally and end up with a result that you didn’t intend.
